Application

All-purpose continuous drying machine, type US 500/1500 is determined for the drying of small goods in pieces (for example bearings components, bearings, various metal and plastic products...) when the residues of humidity are to be removed. The equipment can work separately or it can be built-in into a production or cleaning line.

Description

All-purpose continuous drying machine, type US 500/1500 has compact construction. The drying chamber itself is equipped with radial fan, system of heaters, air temperature regulation. These elements are situated in shared frame made of steel profiles with painted surface. Space in which filtrated air flows is separated from the ambience by insulation. Whole drying machine is provided with removable covers.

During drying, the parts are in baskets. The transport of baskets with parts designated for drying in drying machine is ensured by horizontal conveyor. It is chain conveyor with x - loading positions, y - drying positions and z - unloading positions ( x, y, z - are set according to concrete requirements of a customer.).

Parts waiting for drying can be put onto special pallets with sieve bottom or after the modification of conveyor directly onto sieve conveyor band. Handling with pallet at the input and output of horizontal conveyor is manual, while in the machine it is automatic
